About this project
MADI is a cross-platform mobile application focused on parental control and digital education for children under the age of 6, designed to reduce excessive screen usage and promote healthy habits from an early age. The platform provides interactive content through games and activities that stimulate critical thinking and learning, while maintaining an engaging experience without encouraging dependency. It includes a reward system based on stars to motivate progress, carefully designed to avoid addictive usage patterns. Additionally, it integrates IoT features that allow parents or guardians to monitor and control usage from devices such as smartwatches, sending reminders and encouraging physical activities. The app can also suggest tasks and exercises, supporting both cognitive and physical development. From a technical perspective, the project follows a fullstack architecture using React Native and TypeScript for the mobile application, along with a backend that handles logic and user tracking. The main goal was to create a responsible technological solution focused on children's digital well-being.
